I'm sorry but I can barely understand what you wrote. i'm not so much talking about using loopholes or getting around the law, but instead that as a general rule ones presumed inability to consent ceases when they come of age (since this is about statutory rape,in this case i'm using that to mean AOC specifically, and not the age of legal adulthood). In my country this "coming of age" part would happen at one's 14th birthday according to our Code of Criminal Law. Wherever you're at it's probably closer to 18. right? Well... Are there exceptions though? yes, but they are just that, exceptions. A few examples would be a school teacher taking advantage of students. Or a healthy person taking advantage of the cognitively impaired. Definitely illegal, as it should be, in most civilized nations, we can agree on that much.
