None of us are lawyers but aspire in the name of the GPL and technological advancement! It's not written but the cases for "criminally insane" legal systems really push for mentally retarded until proven otherwise, should of said that's my opinion though of an obscure "quasi standard", since some jurisdictions that are "criminally insane" only claim to work off certified written law and it's not written but an "quasi standard" that may be followed. You can pull the retarded card whenever you want to opt into the "experiments" but that's the price. The judge in these systems can also use that on you even if you're whatever your definition of sane is, if told so. If the jurisdiction has, "grey areas", "loopholes", "multiple different legal systems like criminal and civil", "different definitions for words from the primary language probably having a legal dictionary" or "no direct solid blocks on the entities of justice allowing dictatorial judgments", it's "criminally insane" in my opinion but the proof is committing undetectable infractions daily by these systems that you will never know of even if your part of the art.

If you are don't be under a "criminally insane" jurisdiction, not saying you are but here's another example that's less "criminally insane" https://legaldictionary.lawin.org/buggery/ . I mostly used yankmutt law since it's one of the most "criminally insane", would you prefer albania law as the primary legal language? You can get around AOC in gamer cheeto el packo land by becoming a sovereign with maritime law, yes those sea nouces are legal, until they decide sacrifice is a good idea or don't use enough seamen lube.
