Why mona is so slow with sbbs ?

It's been a long i haven't come here, and mona takes a really long time to respond.
It's stuck on "Contacting host: bbs.jp.net:443" between 30s and 1 min i would say.

This is not the case with /prog/ or /sol/ afaik.
